These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the tools and content (collectively, the "Tools") provided by LOOS, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") on loos.tools (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Tools.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding your use of the Tools. By using the Tools, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Tools are free utilities that assist with website production and operations. We may modify, add to, or discontinue any of the Tools at any time without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the Tools:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or public order and morals.
• Any activity related to criminal conduct.
• Any activity that damages or interferes with the servers or networks supporting the Tools.
• Sending excessive requests, automated access, or otherwise placing a load beyond normal usage.
• Generating or distributing illegal or harmful content through the Tools.
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized duplication, modification, or redistribution of the Tools.
• Any other activity we deem inappropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Tools themselves (source code, images, text, design, etc.) belong to us or to the rightful third parties.

Rights to use content (such as OG images) generated by you using the Tools belong to you, and you may use them for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial. However, you may not redistribute or sell the generated content itself as a standalone asset.

5. Disclaimer

We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tools, except where such damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Suspension and Modification of Services

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Tools without prior notice for maintenance, troubleshooting, or any other reason we deem necessary.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time without notice. Amended Terms take effect when posted on the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Tools shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office.

Tool-specific notes

OG Image Maker

• OG Image Maker dynamically generates 1200×630 px JPEG images from URL query parameters.
• Generated images are cached for a certain period to speed up delivery. The cache duration may change without prior notice.
• Excessive access, scraping, or automated generation scripts are subject to rate limiting and access blocking.
• The image generation API endpoint is not intended for use as a permanent dependency from external services. URL specifications, parameters, and cache behavior may change without prior notice.
